Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original recycled box, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 10 business days.
